How To
Stage 1
Building Posts
Start with building the posts.
For the first post attach a Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom of pipe and an Elbow (672-504HC) to the top then tighten set screws.
For the second post you will want a Two Socket Cross (671-904HC) in the middle, 2 Three Socket Tee’s (670-404HC) on each side, A Flange (673-104HC) to cap the bottom and a Swivel Base (676-904HC) cap the top. Space the fittings appropriately then tighten set screws.
The third and fourth posts will be identical. Slide three Two Socket Crosses (671-904HC) onto pipe, cap the bottom with a Flange (673-104HC) then the top with a Swivel Base (676-904HC). Space the fittings appropriately then tighten set screws.
Attach the first and second post together connecting the Elbow (672-504HC) and the Two Socket Cross (671-904HC) using a pipe.
Steel•Tek Professional Tip
Pipe sizes are all up for interpretation based on the area you plan to install this.
Stage 2
Attaching Railing
Attach the second and third post together by connection the Three Socket Tee’s (670-404HC) and Two Socket Cross (671-904HC) on the second post and the Two Socket Crosses (671-904HC) on the third post then tighten set screws.
Stage 3
Attaching Railing Continued
Attach the third and fourth post together by connection the Two Socket Crosses (671-904HC) on the third post and the Two Socket Crosses (671-904HC) on the fourth post then tighten set screws.
Stage 4
Attaching Railing Continued
Slide pipes into the openings of the Two Socket Crosses and cap those pipes off with Flanges (673-104HC).
