How To

Stage 1

Building Doors

  • Take two 47.25” pipes and slide (3) Offset Flanges (679-904HC) on each pipe. The Offset Flanges (679-904HC) should be facing the inside of the door. The set screws of the Offset Flanges (679-904HC) should be facing to the outside of the door.
  • On the inside of the door slide a Gate Pin (674-006HC) On the top and bottom of pipe.
  • Cap the pipe off with Elbows (672-504HC) and connect the Elbows (672-504HC) using a 9.5” pipe then tighten set screws.
  • Space the Offset Flanges (679-904HC) evenly then tighten set screws. Place the Gate Pins (674-006HC) towards the top and bottom of the pipes and tighten set screws.
  • Mirror the previous step. View above line drawing for any clarification.

Stage 2

Building Legs

Building front legs:

  • Take two 55.5” pipes and slide a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) over the top and the bottom, slide an Offset Flange (679-904HC) over the top and bottom, slide a Gate Eye (673-804HC) over the top and the bottom, Slide a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) through the bottom, cap the top with a Side Outlet Elbow (672-804HC) then Cap the bottom with a Flange (673-104HC).
  • Slide the Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) 5” from the bottom then tighten set screws.
  • Slide the bottom most Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) 25.5” from the bottom then tighten set screws.
  • Slide the top most Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) 39.25” from the bottom then tighten set screws.
  • Adjust everything else according to the doors so the Gate Eyes (673-804HC) and Gate Pins (674-004HC) will connect together.

Building back legs:

  • Take another two 55” pipes and slide (4) Offset Flanges (679-904HC) onto each. The Offset Flanges (679-904HC) will need to be flipped according to the Line drawing above.
  • Cap the top with a Side Outlet Elbow (672-804HC) then tighten set screws.
  • Slide a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) through the bottom and cap the bottom with a Flange (673-104HC).
  • Adjust heights to match the front legs.

Stage 3

Preparing Connecters

  • Take (6) 27.5” pipes and slide (2) Offset Flanges (679-904HC) on each pipe. Space evenly then tighten set screws.
  • Take (4) 22.5” pipes and slide (1) Offset Flange (679-904HC) onto each pipe. Center the Offset Flange (679-904HC) then tighten set screws.

Stage 4

Attaching Legs

  • Take the Front Right Leg and the Back Right Leg and attach them using the 22.5” pipes.
  • Take the Back Left Leg and attach it to the Back Right Leg using the 27.5” pipes. 
  • Take the Front Left Leg and attach to the Back Left Leg using the 22.5” pipes.

Stage 5

Attaching Shelf Fronts

  • Connect the Front Left Leg and the Front Right Leg using the 27.5” pipes.

Stage 6

Attaching Doors

  • Slide the Gate Pins (674-004HC) attached to the doors built in Stage 1 into the Gate Eyes (673-804HC) attached to the Front Right Leg and the Front Left Leg.

Stage 7

Attaching Wood Panels

  • Wait to cut your wood until the frame is assembled so you have not issued getting the wood panels to fit.
  • Attach the wood panels to each opening by going through the Offset Flanges (679-904HC) and into the wood.

Stage 8

Attaching Shelves

  • Connect the back of the shelves by drilling through the back wood piece into the side of each shelf then attach the Offset Flanges to the bottom of each wood shelf.
