How To
Step 1
Top Shelf

- Slide an Offset Flange (679-904HC) onto an 18” pipe, center the fittings then tighten the set screws.
- Cap each side of the 18” pipe with an Elbow (672-504HC). Make sure the Elbows (672-504HC) are facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
- Attach a 12” pipe to each open end of Elbow (672-504HC) then tighten set screws.
- Slide a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) onto each 12” pipe, center the fitting, make sure the vertical hole is facing down then tighten the set screws.
- Cap each open end of 12” pipe with a Flange (673-104HC).
Step 2
Bottom Shelf

- Slide an Offset Flange (679-904HC) onto an 18” pipe, center the fittings then tighten the set screw.
- Slide a Hook (678-204HC) fittings onto each end of 18“ pipe, adjust were you want these (based on preference) then tighten set screws.
- Cap each side of the 18” pipe with an Elbow (672-504HC). Make sure the Elbows (672-504HC) are facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
- Attach an 8” pipe to each open end of Elbow (672-504HC) then tighten set screws.
- Slide a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) onto each 8” pipe, center the fitting, make sure the vertical hole is facing up then tighten the set screws.
- Cap each open end of 8” pipe with a Flange (673-104HC).
Step 3
Attaching Shelves

- Attach the shelves with a 12” pipe by sliding the pipe into the open ends of the Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) then tighten set screws.
Step 4
Attaching Shelf to Wall

- With your shelf fully assembled, place it against the wall you want to install and mark the screw holes in the Flanges (673-104HC).
- At this point you can either remove the Flanges (673-104HC) and install them separately or install the shelf with the Flanges (673-104HC) attached.
- We highly recommend you remove the Flanges (673-104HC) and install separately.
- Once the Flanges (673-104HC) are installed slide the open ends of pipe into each Flange (673-104HC) then tighten the set screws.
Step 5
Installing Wood Shelf

- You will need two pieces of wood here.
- The top piece is simply a 14” x 20” piece. You will install this by going under the screw hole in the Offset Flange (679-904HC) and into the wood piece.
- The bottom piece is 10" x 20" and will be tricky because of the notches you will need to cut out of the wood. You will install the same as the first, by going under the screw hole in the Offset Flange (679-904HC) and into the wood piece.
