How To

Step 1

Installing Flanges and Legs

Stage 1
  • Start off by installing the Flanges (673-104HC) with wood screws. Line the Flanges up on the bottom of the board and mark you the Flange holes.
  • Pre-drill marked holes and then install your Flanges using wood screws.
  • Attach a 28” pipe to each corner Flange and a 14” pipe in the two middle Flanges then tighten set screws.

Base the length of the screws by the thickness of the wood piece being used.

Step 2

Building Supports

Stage 2
  • Take two 60” pipes and attach the middle of a Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) to each end. Make sure the vertical holes in the Three Socket Tee are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
  • Take two 16” pipes and slide a Coupling (674-904HC) to the middle and tighten set screws.
  • Attach the middle of a Three Socket Tee to each end of 16” pipe. Make sure the vertical holes in the Three Socket Tee are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
  • Take two 10“ pipes and hammer in an End Plug (678-404HC) in only one side of each pipe.
  • Attach an Elbow (672-504HC) to the open ends of 10” pipe then tighten set screws,

Step 3

Attaching Supports

Stage 3
  • Take the 10” pipe built in Stage 2 and attach open end of Elbow (672-504HC) to 14” vertical pipes then tighten set screws.
  • Take the 16” pipe built in Stage 2 and slide one up the left legs and one up the right legs then tighten set screws. Adjust height to personal preference.
  • Take the 60” pipe built in Stage 2 and slide one up the back legs and one up the front legs then tighten sets screws. Adjust height to personal preference.

Step 4

Placing shelf and attaching floor flanges

Stage 4
  • Attach a Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom of each leg then tighten set screws.
  • Take the 24” x 8.5” wood piece and place it on the 10” horizontal pipes.
  • For added security, add Offset Flanges (679-904HC) to the 10” shelf pipes and secure to shelf with wood screws.
