How To
Step 1
Installing Flanges

- Start by attaching your Flanges (673-104HC) to your two wood pieces.
- Each Flange (673-104HC) should be 1” away from each wood piece side.
- Place Flanges (673-104HC) on the boards, mark the holes and then pre-drill your marks.
- Install Flanges using wood screws.
- Once Flanges (673-104HC) are installed, you will need to drill a 1.125” diameter hole on the smaller board.
- Place smaller board on top of bigger board for hole placement so the longer pipe from the bigger board can go through the hole.
Step 2
Installing Legs

- The 24” pipe will go into the installed Flanges (673-104HC) on the smaller board and the 29.5” pipe will go into the installed Flanges (673-104HC) on the larger board.
- A 29.5” pipe will slide into the 1.125” diameter hole drilled in step one.
- Make sure the smaller board is level then secure it with a Coupling (674-904HC).
Step 3
Building Brackets

- Take the 41” pipe and attach a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) to each side. Make sure the vertical holes are not blocked.
- Slide a 12” pipe into each open end of the Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC). Make sure the vertical holes are not blocked.
- Attach a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) to each end of the 12” pipe.
- Take your 8.5” pipe and attach a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) to each end.
- Take your 28.5” pipe and attach a Singe Socket Tee (670-104HC) to each end.
Step 4
Installing Brackets

- Install braces made in Stage 3 according to the above diagram.
- The fittings attached to the 28.5” pipe will rest on top of the fittings attached to the 8.5” pipe.
- The fittings attached to the 41” pipe and the fittings attached to the 8.5” pipe should measure 14.25” from the floor.
Step 5
Finish With Flanges and Casters

- Attach Flanges (673-104HC) to each outside 29.5” leg attached to the larger board.
- Attach Directional Coupling Casters (678-614) to the left legs of the smaller swivel board. Make sure the Directional Coupling Casters (678-614) are pointed in the direction of where the table will swivel.
- Attach Swivel Coupling Caster (678-514) to the right leg of the smaller swivel board.
