How To
Step 1
Building Legs

- Start by assembling the vertical sides which will be your legs.
- Attach a Railing Flange to the bottom from the top slide a Single Socket Tee, and Offset Flange and cap the pipe off with an Elbow. Tighten set screws on Elbow and Railing Flange.
- Repeat last step mirroring the fittings.
- It is important to remember that everything is customizable so you can cut and size the pipe depending on what you want the frame to hold.
Step 2
Building Top and Bottom of Frame

- Slide three Offset Flanges onto a 48” pipe. Center one and space the other two evenly apart.
- Slide Two Offset Flanges on right side of new 48” pipe then, in order, Single Socket Tee and Offset Flange on left side of pipe.
- Slide a 6” pipe into the Single Socket Tee and cap the 6” pipe off with a Railing Flange then tighten set screws.
Step 3
Connecting Frame

- Connect the vertical and horizontal pipes by sliding the top 48’ horizontal pipe into the Elbows of the vertical pipes and the bottom 48’ pipe into the Single Socket Tee’s of the vertical pipes then tighten set screws
- Adjust the height of your bottom horizontal pipe using the 6” pipe that is already attached and a level.
Step 4
Attaching Sign Frame to SteelTek Frame

- This design uses a sign frame. Best way to describe this is a side ways open box. Using nuts and bolts attached the sign frame to the Offset Flanges.
- Tip: You do not need to use a sign frame for this. You can connect the Offset Flanges directly to the sign for less materials and work.
