  • (2) Black Flange - (683-102HC)
  • (4) Black Three Socket Tee - (680-402HC)
  • (2) Black Elbow - (682-502HC)
  • (2) Black End Plug - (688-402HC)
  • (4) 60" Non Threaded Pipe
  • (2) 36" Non Threaded Pipe

How To

Step 1

Building Frame

Stage 1
  • Start by taking two 60” pipe and slide a Three Socket Tee (680-402HC) onto each pipe.
  • Make sure the middle holes are faced the same direction, center the Three Socket Tees (680-402HC) on the pipe then tighten set screws.
  • Connect the two Three Socket Tees (680-402HC) together using a 60” pipe.
  • Cap the bottom of the pipes off with Flanges (683-104HC) and tighten set screws. 

Step 2

Prep Attaching Frame

Stage 2
  • Line the structure up (created in stage 1) where you want to install and mark the Flange (683-102HC) screw holes.

Step 3

Attaching Frame

Stage 3
  • Remove the Flanges (683-102HC) from the frame and install the Flanges referencing the marked screw holes using the correct substrate screw.
  • Attach the structure back to the Flanges (683-102HC) and tighten set screws.

Step 4

Building Shade

Stage 4
  • Start by taking two 36” pipe and slide a Three Socket Tee (680-402HC) onto each pipe.
  • Make sure the middle holes are faced the same direction, center the Three Socket Tees (680-402HC) on the pipe then tighten set screws.
  • Connect the two Three Socket Tees (680-402HC) together using a 60” pipe.
  • Cap one of the sides off with an Elbow (682-502HC), make sure the holes are facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
  • Attach the cover to this. Grommet holes and a bungee cord were used to connect the cover to the frame. 

Step 5

Attaching Cover

Stage 5
  • Attach the top cover to the vertical frame by sliding the Elbows (682-502HC) onto the open vertical pipes then tighten set screws.

Step 6

Extra Support

Stage 6
  • For extra support you can attach Single Swivel Sockets (687-302HC).
  • Attach one Single Swivel Socket (687-302HC) to both vertical pipes and another to the horizontal shade pipes.
  • Connect these using a 12”-24" pipe and tighten set screws.
