How To

Step 1

Building Legs

Stage 1
  • V1: Take a 32” pipe and attach a Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom, slide a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) on the pipe then cap the top with a Side Outlet Elbow (674-804HC). Measure 8” from the bottom of the Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom of the Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) and make sure the horizontal hole are facing the same direction then tighten all set screws.
  • V2: Take a 32” pipe and attach a Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom, slide a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) on the pipe then cap the top with a Side Outlet Elbow (674-804HC). Measure 8” from the bottom of the Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom of the Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) and make sure the horizontal holes are facing the same direction then tighten all set screws.
  • V3: Take a 32” pipe and attach a Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom then slide a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) on the pipe. Measure 8” from the bottom of the Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom of the Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) then tighten set screws.
  • V4: Take the 21“ pipe and Slide it into the top of the Three Socket Cross (677-604HC), Slide an 8” pipe into the bottom of Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) then cap the bottom with a Flange (673-104HC). Make sure the horizontal hole is not being blocked then tighten set screws.
  • V5: Take a 72” pipe and attach a Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom, slide (in this order) two Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC) , three Offset Flanges (673-104HC), an Adjustable Side Outlet (674-804HC) then hammer and End Plug (678-404HC) into the top of the pipe. Measure 8” from the bottom of the Flange (673-104HC) to the bottom of the first Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) then tighten set screw. Repeat this for the second Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) but measure 32” from the bottom of the Flange to the top of the Side Outlet Tee. Slide the Adjustable Side Outlet (674-804HC) to the top then tighten set screw.
  • V6: Repeat the last step mirroring V5.

Step 2

Building Horizontal Supports

Stage 2
  • H1: Take a 20” pipe and slide a Double Tab Offset Flange (679-804HC) onto the pipe. Center the Double Tab Offset Flange (679-804HC) then tighten set screws.
  • H2: Take 4 20” pipes and slide an Offset Flange (679-904HC) onto each. Center the Offset Flanges (679-904HC) then tighten set screws.
  • H3: Take the 35” pipe and slide 2 Offset Flanges (679-904HC) on the pipe. Space the Offset Flanges (679-904HC) evenly then tighten set screws.
  • H4: Take a 60” pipe and slide the through hole of the Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) onto the pipe. Slide 2 Offset Flanges (679-904HC) on one side of the pipe. You will need to secure where the Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) is based on the size of your sink you are installing then tighten set screws. Space the Offset Flanges (679-904HC), on one side, evenly then tighten set screws.
  • H5: Take a 60” pipe and slide a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) on the pipe. This will need to be secured on the same spot as the Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) in you secured in the last step. Slide 2 Offset Flanges (679-904HC) onto each side of the pipe, space these evenly then tighten set screws.
  • H6: Repeat the last step and mirror H5.

Step 3

Building Main Base

Stage 3
  • Take the V2 and V5 vertical supports, attached them using an H2 and a naked 20” pipe then tighten set screws.
  • Take V3 and V4, connect them with an H2 then tighten the screws.
  • Take the last step, connect the V1 using the H3 then tighten set screws.
  • Connect the V3 to the V6 using 2 H2s then tighten set screws.
  • Slide the H4 into the open end of the bottom Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) connected to the V3 then slide the other end of the pipe through the open hole of Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) connected to V4.
  • The H4 pipe that slide through the Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) will no go into the Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) attached to V5 then tighten set screw.

Step 4

Connecting Top Base

Stage 4
  • Take H5 and H6, connect them using the H1 then tighten set screws.
  • Slide the middle vertical pipes into the bottoms of the Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC).
  • Slide the open ends of the vertical pipes into the open ends of top fittings then tighten set screws.

Step 5

Top Shelf Supports

Stage 5
  • Take 2 12” pipes and hammer and End Plug one side of each pipe.
  • Slide the fittings on the opposite side of End Plugs (678-404HC) in this order, Hook (678-204HC), Offset Flange (679-904HC), Coupling (674-904HC). Slide the pipe into the bottom of the Adjustable Side Outlet (674-804HC) then tighten set screws.
  • Repeat this step on the other side.

Step 6

Connecting Wood Shelves

Stage 6
  • Take the 62” x 10” wood piece and attached it to the top by going through the holes under the Offset Flange (679-904HC) and into the wood.
  • Take the 62” x 18” wood piece and attached it to the vertical Offset Flanges (677-604HC) by going through the back Offset Flange (679-904HC) holes and into the wood.
  • Take the 62” x 22” wood piece with the hole cut out for the sink and attach it by going under and into the Offset Flanges (679-904HC) and into the wood piece.
  • Take the 37” x 22” wood piece with the notches cut into the corners and attach it by going under and into the Offset Flange (679-904HC) holes and into the wood piece.

Step 7

Installing Sink

Stage 7
  • Install your sink into your pre-measured hole.

Step 8

Finish
