How To
Step 1
Assembling Bottom Base

- Take 2 72” pipes and slide three Offset Flanges (673-104HC) on each. Make sure the set screws are facing the bottom. You will not need to tighten set screws until you are ready to install wood shelf.
- Cap both ends of each 72” pipe with a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC). Make sure the set screws are facing the bottom and the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Slide an 18” pipe into open ends of Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC), connecting them to the 72” pipe. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
Step 2
Assembling Top Base

- Take 2 18” pipes and slide a Hook (678-204HC) onto each. Place the hooks in desired are and tighten set screws.
- Cap each end of 18” pipe with a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC). Make sure the open holes are facing horizontally and the holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Take a 72” pipe and slide a Hook (678-204HC) and Rail Support (674-304HC) onto the pipe. This will be your front pipe.
- Slide the 18” pipe with the Hook (678-204HC) and Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) onto each end of both 72” pipes connecting them to the 18” pipe. Measure 12 to 18” and tighten set screws.
- Slide a Rail Support (674-304HC) onto each end of 72” pipe. Center middle Rail Support (674-304HC) and measure end Rail Supports (674-304HC) according to your table top then tighten set screws.
- Cap each end of the 72” pipe housing 3 Rail Supports (674-304HC) with Elbows (672-504HC) for the front bar. Make sure the Elbows (672-504HC) are facing the bottom then tighten set screws.
- Cap each end of the 72” pipe housing 2 Rail Supports (674-304HC) With Single Socket Tees (670-104HC). Make sure the open ends of Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) are facing vertically and the holes are not blocked then tighten set screws.
Step 3
Assemling Top Bar and Installing Legs

- Take a 72” pipe and slide 2 Hooks (678-204HC) onto the pipe. Measure 12“ to 18” and tighten set screws.
- Cap each end of 72” pipe with an Elbow (672-504HC). Make sure the Elbows (672-504HC) are facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
- Take your bottom base built in Stage 1 and slide 2 72” pipes in the back and 2 36” pipes in the front.
- Measure to desired height and tighten set screws. The 36” pipes will have more coming out of the bottom because of how the legs are positioned.
Step 4
Attaching Top Base

- Take the top base built in Stage 2 and slide over the top of 72” and 36” pipes until the Elbows (672-504HC) are resting on top of the 36” pipes.
- Make sure the top base is level and tighten set screws.
Step 5
Attaching Feet

- Take 2 24” pipes and slide a Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) onto each. Cap one side with an Elbow (672-504HC) and the other side with a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC). The open end of Elbow (672-504HC) should face down, the open end of Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) should face up and the open ends of Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) should face vertically. Make sure the Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Slide each of these onto the bottom of the legs until the legs are stopped by the Three Socket Tee (670-404HC). Level then tighten set screws.
- Slide a 4” pipe into each Elbow (672-504HC) then tighten set screws.
- Cap the 4” pipe and the front 36” pipe with a Flange (670-104HC) then tighten set screws.
- Install the Casters (678-504) into the Flanges (670-104HC) using the hardware that comes with the Casters (678-504).
- You can eliminate the use of Flanges by using our new Coupling Casters (678-514) which can be installed directly into the pipe eliminating the need for hardware to attached Flanges and Casters.
Step 6
Installing Top and Bottom Substrates

- Install the top table piece by going through the Rail Support (674-304HC) screw holes using screws for the appropriate substrate you intend to use.
- Install the bottom shelf piece by going through the Offset Flange (679-904HC) screw holes using screws for the appropriate substrate you intend to use.
