How To
Step 1
Bottom Base

- Start with 2 46” pipes and x2 24“ pipes.
- Slide an Offset Flange (679-904HC) onto each pipe, center the Offset Flanges on the 46” pipe then tighten set screws.
- Attach a Side Outlet Tee (671-604HC) to each end of 1 46“ pipe. Make sure the horizontal holes are facing the same direction and the vertical holes are not being blocked by the pipe.
- Attach a 24” pipe to each horizontal open end of the Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC). Again, make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked by the 24” pipe.
- Take the other 46” pipe and attach the bottom of a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) on each end. Make sure the horizontal hole is not being blocked by the pipe.
- Take the piece you just built and slide the open ends of each Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) onto the open ends of 24” pipe. Slide down this across the pipe about 4” and then tighten set screws.
- Attach the bottom of Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) to each open end of 24” pipe. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
Step 2
Top Base

- Take 3 24” pipes and slide x2 Double Tab Offset Flanges (679-804HC) on each pipe. Space them evenly then tighten set screws.
- Attach a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) to each end of one of the 24” pipes. Make sure the horizontal holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Take 2 46in pipes and slide the Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) attached to the 24“ pipe on each 46” pipe. Center then tighten set screws.
- Attach a Side Outlet Elbow (672-804HC) to each end of the 2 remaining 24“ pipes. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Now slide these 2 24” pipes with Side Outlet Elbows (672-804HC) onto the open horizontal ends of each 46” pipe. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
Step 3
Attaching Bottom and Top Bases

- Take 4 35” pipes and attach a Standard Railing Flange(673-204HC) to one side of each pipe. Tighten set screws.
- Take the piece built in Stage 1 and slide onto each 35” pipe. Set to desired height, level then tighten set screws.
- Slide Hook (678-204HC) onto whatever leg you like. We placed it on the from left leg then tighten set screw.
- Attach the piece built in Stage 2 to the top of each 35” pipe leg then tighten set screws.
Step 4
Attaching Wood Top and Bottom

- Place wood pieces on top of Offset Flanges (679-904HC) and Double Tab Offset Flanges (679-804HC), mark holes then pre-drill marked holes.
- Attach the wood pieces using washers and wood screws.
