How To

Step 1

Installing Legs

Stage 1
  • Place Flanges 4" from the edge at each corner of table top, then mark the flange holes and predrill the marked holes.
  • Install Flanges with wood screws.
  • Slide x4 15” pipes into each flange and tighten set screws.

Step 2

Building Top Base

Stage 2
  • Take the x4 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) and place them in a rectangle shape.
  • Attach x2 36” pipes into each end of 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) parallel to each other as shown in picture and tighten set screws.
  • Attach x2 15” pipes into the open ends of the 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) parallel to each other as shown in picture and tighten set screws.

Step 3

Installing Top Base

Stage 3
  • Take the base built in Stage 2 and slide each leg through open vertical holes in the 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC).
  • Make sure that the 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) and the Flange (673-104HC) make contact and tighten set screws.

Step 4

Building Bottom Base

Stage 4
  • Slide coupling on 36” pipe for aesthetic and tighten set screws.
  • Take your 36" pipe and attach a 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) to each end and tighten set screws.
  • Slide 14.5" pipe into open horizontal ends of 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) and tighten set screws.
  • Attach Swivel Base (676-904HC) to open ends of 14.5" pipe and tighten set screws.
  • Repeat this process for the other side of the bottom base.

Step 5

Installing Bottom Base

Stage 5
  • This process will be easier if you flip the table upside down.
  • Slide legs through vertical holes of the 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC) until Swivel Bases (676-904HC) are up against the bottom of the table top.
  • One swivel base should be behind the 15” pipe and one should be in front of the 15” pipe and the same goes for the other side. See picture for reference.
  • Mark Swivel Base (676-904HC) holes and predrill before installing.
  • Install Swivel Bases (676-904HC) with wood screws then tighten set screws on 90° Corner Swivel Combination (676-804HC).

Step 6

Attaching Flanges

Stage 6
  • Slide each leg into Flanges (673-104HC) and tighten set screws.
