How To
Step 1
Building Shelf Brackets

- Start by assembling the shelf brackets on the left of image.
- Take a 96” pipe and cap the bottom off with a Flange (683-104HC) then tighten set screw.
- Slide five Three Socket Tees (680-404HC) onto the 96” pipe.
- Space the shelves according to your preference or go by these measurements. From the bottom, measure in between each Three Socket Tee (680-404HC) and tighten set screws along the way. 24”, 12”, 18”, 18” 14”.
- Cap the top of the pipe with and Elbow (682-504HC) and make sure all the fittings are facing the same direction.
- Slide a 24” pipe into each open end of fittings then tighten set screws. Cap those 24” pipes off with a Flange (683-104HC) then tighten set screws.
- Build this twice.
- Continue building the shelf bracket on the right.
- Take a 60” pipe and cap the bottom off with an Elbow (682-504HC) then tighten set screw.
- Slide three, Three Socket Tees (680-404HC) onto 60“ pipe.
- Space the shelves according to your preference or go by these measurements. From the bottom, measure in between each Three Socket Tee () and tighten set screws along the way. 18”, 18”, 14”
- Cap the top of the pipe with an Elbow (682-504HC) and make sure all the fittings are facing the same direction.
- Slide a 24” pipe into each open end of fittings then tighten set screws. Cap those 24” pipes off with a Flange (683-104HC) then tighten set screws.
Step 2
Installing Shlef Brackets

- Space shelf brackets according to your wood size. This uses 50” wide shelves so we could install the Flanges (683-104HC) in the studs.
- Best way to install is measure distance between the two end brackets and install those first. Use wood screws long enough to grab the stud.
- Measure the center distance in between the right and left brackets and install the center shelf bracket there.
Step 3
Placing Shelves

- Take your four 24” x 50” pieces of wood and place them on the upper shelf brackets.
- Take your 24” x 25” piece of wood and place this on the bottom shelf brackets.
- If you would like to secure the wood pieces to the pipe you can do this using the Offset Flange (689-904HC) and Double Tab Offset Flange (689-804HC).
