  • (1) Drill: for predrilling and securing SteelTek fittings to wood

How To

Step 1

Installing Corner Flanges

Stage 1
  • Place Flanges (673-104HC) 1.875" from the left and right of the table and .875" from the front and back of table.
  • Mark Flanges (673-104HC), pre-drill holes and then install Flanges (673-104HC).

Step 2

Installing Corner Legs

Stage 2
  • Take the x4 36” pipes and slide them into corner Flanges (673-104HC) then tighten set screws.
  • Slide Hooks (678-204HC) to desired height and then tighten set screws.

Step 3

Buidling Base

Stage 3
  • Slide x3 Double Tab Offset Flanges (679-804HC) onto 72” pipe. Put x1 Double Tab Offset Flange (679-804HC) in the middle and x2 Double Tab Offset Flanges (679-804HC) equal distance on each side of middle Double Tab Offset Flange (679-804HC).
  • Take x2 18” pipe and slide Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) on each 18” pipe. Make sure these are offset to the back around 6” from the end of pipe.
  • Attach bottom of Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) to each end of 18” pipe and tighten set screws. Make sure vertical holes are not blocked.
  • Attach Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) (on middle of 18” pipe) to each end of 72” pipe.

Step 4

Attaching Base

Stage 4
  • Slide Single Socket Tees (670-104HC) from base built in Stage 3 onto 36" legs 12” from bottom of legs and tighten set screws.

Step 5

Attaching and Drilling Bottom Shelf

Stage 5
  • Make sure each Double Tab Offset Flange (679-804HC) flat top is pointed upward and leveled, mark holes, pre-drill then install wood piece with wood screw to bottom of wood piece.
  • You will need to drill a hole in the wood piece for a 1.05” pipe to slide through.

Step 6

Attaching Middle Leg

Stage 6
  • Slide 36” pipe through 1.05” hole in bottom wood piece and into Flange.
  • Mark Flange (673-104HC) holes, pre-drill and install Flange (673-104HC) to bottom of wood piece with wood screws.
  • Attach Flanges (673-104HC) to bottom of legs and tighten set screws.
