How To

Step 1

Building Top and Bottom Support

  • Start with building the top and bottom support.
  • Take one 18” pipe and attach a Side Outlet Elbow (682-802HC) to each ends. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
  • Take one 18” pipe and attach a Side Outlet Tee (681-604HC) to each end. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
  • Take two 15” pipe and slide a Single Socket Tee (680-102HC) on each then slide two Offset Flanges (689-902HC) on each side of Single Socket Tee (680-102HC) on 15” pipe.
  • Slide each end of the 15” pipe into the open ends of the Side Outlet Tee (681-604HC) and Side Outlet Elbow (682-802HC) attached to the 18” pipe.
  • Take your last 18” pipe and slide a Side Outlet Elbow (682-802HC) on each end of pipe. Make sure the vertical holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
  • Slide a 6” pipe into each open end of Side Outlet Elbows (682-802HC) attached to 18” pipe.
  • Slide an Offset Flange (689-902HC) onto each 6” pipe then close the ends of the 6” pipe with an Elbow (682-502HC) then tighten set screws.

Step 2

Attaching Legs

Stage 2
  • Go ahead and attach your front and back legs.
  • Turn the base upside down and attach the 6” pipes on the front then tighten set screws.
  • Take you 12” pipe and slide them through the  Side Outlet Tee (681-602HC). Make sure the horizontal pipe is level then tighten set screws.
  • Place the 5.5” pipes into the Single Socket Tees (680-102HC) that are pointing up then tighten the set screws.
  • Place the top supports front on the 5.5” pipe and the back on the 12” pipe then tighten set screws.

Step 3

Attaching Bottom Step

Stage 3
  • You will now attach the bottom step and top step.
  • The bottom step is a little tricky because it has to be custom cut to your pipe. We put the frame of the Step Stool together then measured the hole size and placement.
  • Once your custom cut is completed you will want to attach the bottom step using wood screws.
  • Go through the bottom of the Offset Flange (689-902HC) and into the wood. Make sure your screws are not too long or too short.
  • Attach the top step doing the same thing you did with the bottom step.

Step 4

Attaching Top Step

Stage 4
  • Attach the top step doing the same thing you did with the bottom step in Stage 3.

Attach the top step doing the same thing you did with the bottom step.
