- (20) Side Outlet Tee - (681-602HC)

- (4) 72" Non Threaded Pipe
- (14) 36" Non Threaded Pipe
- (12) 12" Non Threaded Pipe
Other Supplies:
- (30) Wood Screws
- (5) 40" x 12" Wood Pieces
Tools:
- Allen Wrench - 5 Millimeter

How To
Step 1
Building Legs

- Take a 12” pipe and attach an Elbow (682-502HC) to each side of 12” pipe. Make sure the elbows are facing the same direction and tighten set screws
- Slide a 72” pipe into each open end of Elbow (682-502HC) then tighten set screws.
- Do this step 2 times.
Step 2
Building Shelf Supports and Back Supports

- Take (2) 36” pipes and slide (2) Offset Flanges (689-902HC) onto each pipe. Cap each side of 36” pipe with a Side Outlet Tee (681-602HC). Make sure the Side Outlet Tees (681-602HC) are facing the same direction and the vertical hole is not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Take (2) 12” pipes and slide (1) Offset Flange (689-902HC) onto the 12” pipe. Slide the 12” pipe into the open ends of the Side Outlet Tees (681-602HC) attached to the 36” pipe. Complete these step 5 times.
- Take a 36” pipe and attach a Single Socket Tee (680-102HC) to each side of 36” pipe. Make sure the vertical holes are not blocked in the Single Socket Tees (680-102HC) then tighten set screws. Complete this step 4 times
Step 3
Installing Shelf and Back Supports

- Slide the shelves and back support per instructions.
- Shelf Base, Back Support, Shelf Base, Back Support, Shelf Base, Back Support, Shelf Base, Back Support, Shelf Base.
- Spread these out evenly then tighten set screws.
Step 4
Attaching Flanges and Installing Wood Shelves

- Cap the bottom off with Flanges (683-102HC) then tighten set screws.
- Attach the wood pieces using wood screws.
- Start from the top and go up and through the screw holes of the Offset Flanges (689-902HC). Do this slowly as not to crack the wood pieces.
