How To
Step 1
Base Assembly

- Take the bottom peice of wood, line the Flanges up so that they are all evenly spaced then mark the holes of the Flanges with a pen. These Flanges will need to line up to the open holes of the Two Socket Crosses of Middle Railing Border you will build in Stage 2.
- Pre-dril the hole and make sure you go all the way throught the wood.
- Now take your Bolts and go up through the casters, through the pre drilles holes, through the Flange holes then secure with Washers and Nuts.
Drill slowly to avoid cracking wood.
Step 2
Middle Railing Border

- Start with taking 12in pipe and attaching elbows on each side of pipe. Tighten set screws
- Take 4in pipes and attach to opposite ends of each Elbow. Tighten set screws
- Attach Two Socket Crosses to opposite side of 4in pipes (make sure not to go to far in becasue it will block the hole for the vertical pipe). Tighten set screws
- Attach 18in pipes to opposite side of Two Socket Crosses. Tighten set screws.
- Attach Two Socket Crosses to opposite end of 18in pipes. Remeber not to go to far in. Tighten set screws.
- Slide 4in pipes into opposite side of Two Socket Crosses. Tighten set screws.
- Take 12in pipe and attaching elbows on each side of pipe. Tighten set screws
- Slide the 12in pipe with the Elbows attached to it onto open ends of 4in pipes. Tighten set screws.
Step 3
Handle Bar Assembly

Middle Bars:
- Take two 18in pipes and Slide one Offset Flange on each pipe.
- Attach bottom of Single Socket Tee to each end of 18in pipes. Dont go to far in so you don't block the hole. Tighten set screws.
Handle Bars:
- Take 12in pipe and attach Elbows to each end of pipe so the open ends of elbow are facing the same direction. Tighten set screws.
- Slide 4in pipes into opposite ends of Elbows. Tighten set screws.
- attached two more Elbows onto opposite ends of 4in pipes so they are facing down. Tighten set screws.
- Attach opposite ends of Elbows to two 24in pipes. Tighten set screws.
- Slide single Socket Tees attached to Middle Bars (built in first step of Stage 3) onto 24in pipes. Adjust height accordingly and tighten set screws.
- Repeat these steps so you have two sets of handle bars.
Step 4
Cart Assembly

- Now we are ready to put everything together.
- Slide the base built in Stage 2 onto the 24in pipes of the handle bars. If you put this together correctly the pipes should go into each Two Socket cross and slide up. Adjust height accordingly and ighten set screws.
- slide bottom of 24in pipe into Flanges and tighten set screws.
Step 5
Attaching Wood

- Line wood up on top of cart as shown in picture.
- Mark holes on wood under Offset Flanges.
