How To
Step 1
Connecting Shelf Supports

- Starting with the top, take a Two Socket Cross (681-904HC) and attach 2 18” pipes to each side of it. Make sure the vertical hole is not being blocked then tighten set screws. Do this again to create the bottom.
- Take an 18” pipe and slide an Offset Flange (689-904HC) onto it. Cap one side with a Single Socket Tee (680-104HC) and the other side with an Elbow (682-504HC). Make sure the vertical holes of the Single Socket Tees (680-104HC) are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Slide a 6” pipe into the open end of Elbow (682-504HC) and tighten set screw. Cap the pipe with a Flange (683-104HC) then tighten set screw.
- Mirror this step to create the right side of the third shelf.
- Take and 12” pipe and slide an Offset Flange (689-904HC) into it.
- Mirror this step to create the left side of the third shelf.
Step 2
Attaching Shelf Supports

- The bottom and top shelves are the only shelves that will have a hole in them to slide the pipe through.
- Shelves are numbered in the image above.
- Start with shelf 1 by sliding over the top of the 72” pipe. Finish this step by going sliding the shelves over the top of pipe in numeric order (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6). What you are viewing is the bottom of the shelf supports.
- Tighten your set screws when your shelves are at the desirable height. The great thing about this is that heights are customizable.
- You do not need the Coupling (684-904HC) unless you can not find a 72” pipe. The Coupling (604-904HC) is meant to connect 2 36” pipes together.
Step 3
Attaching Shelf Frame to Wall

- Install your Flanges (683-104HC) into the wall using the appropriate screws by going through the screw holes located on the base of the Flange (683-104HC).
- If you are not able to install into a stud you can use anchors.
Step 4
Attaching Shelves

- Install shelves by going through screw holes in Offset Flange (689-904HC) tabs and into shelf substrate. Use the appropriate screws based on your shelf substrate.
- All the shelves depths are 8” - 10”
