How To
Step 1
Building Base

- Take a 25” pipe and slide two Double Tab Offset Flanges on then attach the bottom of a Single Socket Tee to each end of 25” pipe. Make sure the holes are the same direction as the offsets and that the holes are not blocked by the pipe then tighten set screws.
- Take the piece you just built and slide a 13” pipe into each opening of Single Socket Tee. Center the pipe then tighten set screws.
- Attach a Single Socket Tee to each end of 13” pipe. Make sure the holes of the Single Socket Tees are not blocked then tighten set screws.
Step 2
Preparing for Flange Installation

- Take 4 30” pipes and attach a Flange to one end of each pipe then tighten sets screws.
- Take your piece built in Stage 1 and slide a 30” pipe into each open Single Socket Tee. Make sure this gets butted up to the Flange.
You will use this to mark your Flange screw holes on the wood.
Step 3
Installing Flanges

- Use the piece built in the previous step and place against wood top to mark the Flange holes.
- After marking Flange holes, pre-drill holes, remove Flanges from 30” pipe and attach Flanges to wood using wood screws.
Step 4
Attaching Base

- Take the 30” pipe and place one in each Flange then tighten set screws.
- Take a 13” pipe and attach a Single Socket Tee to each end. Make sure the holes are not being blocked then tighten set screws.
- Slide this piece until it is 1” from the Flange then tighten set screws.
- Take the base built in Stage 1 and measure 18” from the Flange then tighten set screws.
Step 5
Building Handle

- Take the 3/8” x 18” pipe and hammer an End Plug into one side.
- Slide two 3/8” Single Socket Tees onto the 18” pipe then take your other End Plug and hammer it into the other side of the pipe. The reason for this is because if you install the End Plugs too early then the fittings are difficult to slide onto the pipe.
- Slide a 2.75” pipe into the bottom of each 3/8” Single Socket Tee and tighten set screws.
- Attach a Flange to open ends of 2.75” pipe then tighten set screws.
Step 6
Finishing Touches

- Attach Swivel Coupling Casters to the bottom of each 30” pipe then tighten set screws.
- Take the piece built in Stage 5 and place the Flanges evenly on the wood and mark screw holes. Make sure to offset these Flanges so not to run into screws of the Flange underneath. Pre-drill then install Flanges using wood screws.
- Place 13.5” x 27.75” wood piece onto the base built in Stage 1. Mark the screw holes, pre-drill then attach using wood screws.
