How To

Step 1

Building Supports

Stage 1
  • Start by assembling the vertical supports.
  • See above diagram for pipe sizes and the fittings that attach to them.
  • Left and Right Legs: Take (2) 36” pipes and slide a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) until centered then tighten set screws. Cap both sides off with Side Outlet Tees 670- (671-604HC) as shown in diagram then tighten set screws.
  • Left and Right Supports: Take (2) 18” pipes and attach a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) to one side and a Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) to the other then tighten set screws.
  • Middle Support: Take (1) 18” pipe and attach a Single Socket Tee (670-104HC) to both sides then tighten set screws.
  • It is important to note to not block the vertical holes of the fittings because the pipe will need to slide through.

Step 2

Attaching Legs and Supports

Stage 2
  • Take (3) 72” pipes and begin to attach the supports built in Stage 1 as shown in above diagram.
  • Slide the right support onto the left of the bottom and middle 72” pipes.
  • Slide the middle support onto the left of the bottom and middle 72” pipes.
  • Slide the left support onto the lift side of the bottom and middle 72” pipes.
  • Separate the supports by 17.0635” then tighten set screws.
  • Slide two Double Table Offset Flanges (679-804HC) onto the top pipe.
  • Cap the left side off with the left leg and the right side off with the right leg. Make sure the horizontal holes of the Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC) are not blocked then tighten set screws.

Step 3

Attaching Cross Beams

Stage 3
  • Build the feet first. Take (4) Elbows (672-504HC), (4) Flanges (673-104HC) and (4) 2.875” pipes and attach them according to above diagram. If done correctly, the pipe will be minimally seen.
  • Take (2) 24” pipes and slide them into the top Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC) until centered then tighten set screws. Cap each side off with a Double Tab Offset Flange (679-804HC) then tighten set screws.
  • Take (2) 24” pipes and slide them into the Side Outlet Tees (671-604HC) located on the bottom. Center the pipe then tighten set screws. Cap each side off with the feet you built in step one of stage 3.

Step 4

Attaching Wood Top

Stage 4
  • Attach your 96” x 30” wood piece to the Double Tab Offset Flanges (679-804HC) using wood screws.

Step 5

Finish

Stage 5
