How To
Step 1
Building Legs

- Take an 80” pipe and cap the bottom off with a Flange (673-104HC) then tighten set screw.
- Slide fittings onto pipe in this order. Three Socket Cross (677-604HC) and long slide of Three Socket Tee (670-404HC). Cap the top off with the short side of a Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) and tighten set screw.
- Measure from the bottom 40” and tighten set screws to the Three Socket Cross (677-604HC). Make sure the side connections are facing the same direction as the side connection of the Three Socket Tee (670-404HC) attached to the top.
- Measure 12” from the top and tighten set screws of Three Socket Tee (670-404HC). Make sure the open connection is 90-degrees of the open connection of the top Three Socket Tee (670-404HC). This is what will be attached to the wall.
- Build this twice.
Step 2
Building Frame

- Take a 120” pipe and slide through the top Three Socket Tees () of the legs you build in Stage 1.
- Measure 40” from the left end of the pipe and tighten set screws on the left leg.
- Measure 40” from the right end of the pipe and tighten set screws on the right leg.
- Cap each end with a Flange () then tighten set screws.
- Attach a 40” pipe to the left Three Socket Cross () of the left leg then tighten set screw. Cap the open end of 40” pipe with a Flange (673-104HC) and tighten set screw.
- Attach another 40” pipe in between both Three Socket Crosses (677-604HC) attached to left and right legs then tighten set screws.
Step 3
Attaching Flanges to Wall

- Attached 24” pipes into the middle Three Socket Tees (670-404HC) and the Three Socket Crosses (677-604HC).
- Cap the 24” pipes off with Standard Railing Flanges (673-104HC) then tighten set screws.
- Place the structure up against the wall and mark screw holes for in Standard Railing Flanges (673-204HC). Marking the holes and installing them individually will make it easier to attached structure to the wall.
Step 4
Installing Frame

- Once Standard Railing Flanges (673-204HC) are installed prop structure slide the pipes in the flanges and tighten set screws.
- Attached the remaining Flanges (673-104HC) to the wall with wood screws.
