How To
Step 1
Building Frame

- Take a 12” pipe and slide 2 Rail Supports (684-304HC) on the pipe.
- Cap each side of the 12” pipe with Elbows (682-504HC). Make sure the Elbows (682-504HC) are facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
- Slide a 4” pipe into the open ends of each Elbow (682-504HC) then tighten set screws.
- Take a new 12” pipe and Cap each end with a Side Outlet Elbow (682-804HC). Make sure all the open ends are facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
- Slide the open ends of 4” pipe, attached to the base, and slide into the vertical holes of the Side Outlet Elbow (682-804HC) making sure there is an open horizontal end then tighten set screws.
Step 2
Attaching Feet

- Slide a 12” pipe into the open vertical holes of the Side Outlet Elbows (682-804HC) then tighten set screws.
- Slide two Double Tab Offset Flanges (689-804HC) onto each 12” pipe. Make sure one is close to the base and the other is flush with the 12” pipe, make sure the tabs are all facing the same direction then tighten set screws.
Step 3
Installing Motor Mount

- Take the nuts and bolts and attached the Rail Supports (684-304HC) to the wood block and the Double Tab Offset Flanges (689-804HC) to the floor of the boat.
