  • (4) Flange - (673-102HC)
  • (2) Hook - (678-202HC)
  • (2) End Plug - (678-402HC)
  • (1) Elbow - (672-502HC)
  • 12" Non Threaded Pipe - (562-120PE30HC)
  • 4" Non Threaded Pipe - (562-040PE30HC)
Other Supplies:
  • (1) 6" x 6" Wood Piece
  • (16) #12 or #14 Wood Screws
Tools:
  • Allen Wrench - 5 Millimeter
  • Hammer
  • Drill

How To

Step 1

Assembling Shelf Base

Stage 1
  • Take a 12” pipes and attach a Flange (673-102HC) to one side of the 12” pipe (562-120PE30HC) then tighten set screw.
  • Slide a Hook (678-202HC) onto the pipe and cap off the open end of the pipe by hammering in an End Plug (678-402HC). Slide the Hook (678-202HC) until its touching the End Plug (678-402HC) then tighten set screw.
  • Complete the first two steps twice.
  • Take a 12” pipes (562-120PE30HC) and attach a Flange (673-102HC) to one side of the 12” pipe (562-120PE30HC) then tighten set screw.
  • Cap the open end of the pipe off with an Elbow (672-502HC) then tighten set screw.
  • Slide a 4” pipe (562-040PE30HC) into the open end of the Elbow (672-502HC) and cap off the open end of the 4” pipe with a Flange (673-102HC) then tighten set screws.
  • Once the End Plug is hammered in a fitting the fitting can not be removed from that side. If you need to remove the Hook you will need to removed the Flange and slide the hook off from that end.

Step 2

Attaching Wood Piece

Stage 2
  • Attach the 6” x 6” wood piece ,with wood screws, to the vertical Flange (673-102HC).
  • Use #12 or #14 screws to avoid using washers and determine the length of your screws based on the thickness of the wood you are using.

Step 3

Installing Shelves

Stage 3
  • Install using the appropriate screws for desired substrate area.
