How To

Stage 1

Stage 1

Base Assembly

  • To build the base we will begin with the bottom board. Place the edges of the 1-1/4” Flanges ¾” from the two sides at each corner. With a pencil, mark where the holes are.
  • Remove the Flanges and pre-drill where you have marked. Then place the Flanges back and secure each one in with Screws.
  • Flip the base over. Place the Casters 1-1/4” from each edge at the corners. Mark where they will be secured.
  • Predrill where you have marked. Place the Casters back and secure the Casters in with Flanges.

Stage 2

Stage 2

Leg Assembly

  • Place a length of 36” pipe into each Flange on the base of the cart. Lightly secure using the Allen Wrench.
  • At the top of each 36” pipe length, slide a hook onto the pipe and lightly secure with the Allen Wrench. You can adjust the height after the cart is finished.
  • Place a 1-1/4” Flange at the top of each 36” long pipe but do not secure. You will need them loose to secure to the top board.

Stage 3

Stage 3

Top Assembly

  • Place the top board on the Flanges, try to keep the edges of the flanges ¾” from each side at the corners. Mark where the Flanges will go.
  • Predrill where you have marked. Take the Flanges off of the 36” pipe and secure them to where you predrilled with the Screws.
  • Place the top board onto the 36” pipe lengths and secure with the Allen Wrench.

Stage 4

Stage 4

Armature Assembly

  • Place an Elbow at each end of the 15” length of pipe.  Make sure the openings of the Elbows are pointed down. Secure each Elbow lightly with the Allen Wrench.
  • In the open Elbow ends, place a 3” length of pipe and secure firmly with the Allen Wrench.
  • Place the Flanges at the base of each 3” length of pipe and secure them firmly with the Allen Wrench.
  • Place the Armature onto the top board, adjusting the Elbows so that the Flanges are flush with the cart top. Mark where you will drill.
  • Predrill where you have marked.
  • Place the Armature back and secure it to the top board with Screws.
